Clubs and societies
Meet like-minded people and pursue a hobby/interest alongside your studies, or just try something new. Joining a Club or society is a great way to have fun, whilst acting as another good addition to your CV. We have a diverse range of cultural, political, recreational, religious, and sports clubs and societies which you can join. If you can’t find a club or society that interests you once you join us, then speak to our Students’ Union, Beds SU, and they can help you set up your own; whatever your interest.
Making the most of your student experience
What you do in addition to your studies can make all the difference when applying for jobs after you graduate. Employers are looking for graduates who can demonstrate that they have the skills to make a real difference in the workplace, and so getting involved in university life and all it has to offer showcases your drive and determination to develop new skills, in addition to your academic achievements.
Here at Bedfordshire you not only leave with a great degree, you graduate with more. More support, inspiration, friends, networks and more understanding of the fast moving world of work you will be prepared to seamlessly join.
