All-inclusive rent – At no extra cost, utility bills, internet access, basic contents insurance, maintenance and communal cleaning are all included.

First year accommodation guarantee – All eligible first year students who accept Imperial as their firm choice are guaranteed a place in Imperial halls.

Safe and secure – All halls have CCTV and 24-hour security for on-campus accommodation.

If you choose to live at one of our halls, our teams provide wellbeing support and oversee a schedule of events and socials, helping you feel at home and supported from day one.
